Never Miss A Chance To Dance


Benswic is offering Contemporary Dance through Benswic Movement, a dance program created by Shavon Marshall. The class is designed to improve balance, coordination, alignment, flexibility, and cardio.

Dancers will be taught a free-form genre combined with different dance styles, movements and improvisations with common floor work exercises and stretching to be included. The exploration of this dance language, combined with the promotion of self worth and fitness provide a complete total body workout!
