This class is the perfect marriage between mind and body. Dance HITT alternates between dynamic high intensity cardio dance sequences with high intensity interval training utilizing light equipment and body weight exercises. If you’re looking to shred your body, work on your dance ability, and have a great time, then this is the class for you! Come dance your way to a fitter you.

  • Receive a Breakdown Tutorial in learning some Dance moves

Class Trainer

Alex Cruz

Alexander is an AFAA certified instructor, with a BA in Communications and minor in Dance. As a performer, Alex has traveled across the globe and used fitness as a source of commitment, focus, and well being. As a fitness instructor, he wants to challenge your perception of what you think you can achieve, and help you surpass it. He believes each day is a chance to achieve success, and how much you want to achieve is up to you!
