HILL BOOTCAMP WORKOUT
We hold Hill Bootcamp Workouts once a week at Saint Nicholas Park, every Saturday Morning. If you’re looking for an intense, challenging workout to your weekend off. This is it!
NO WORKOUT IS EVER THE SAME. Every Saturday morning, you’ll be challenged with a new routine that will challenge your whole entire body. Leaving you with a total body workout. A few glimpse to what to expect: Incline/Decline Pushup; Incline/Decline Situp; Mountain Climbers; Half/Full Burpees; Jumping Lunges; Jump Squat; Lunges Backwards Uphill; Backward Bearwalk; Sprinting UpHill; Partner up w/ the use of Resistant Belts; and etc…. Thats’ it :).
Just a few things you will see as you develop:

The key to developing speed on a hill is to manage your workload. Hill workouts are difficult, and it’s extremely easy to turn a hill routine into a conditioning workout by running too far and/or too frequently.
