Injury Prevention


This class in particular is a foam roller class. Many are suffering from tight muscles which can lead to minor/major injuries. Also, many feel weak as a result of tight muscles. The purpose of this class will simply be to release the tension of the muscles so the blood can flow throughout the body. This will result in more energy and less chance of injury.
