Injury Prevention


Many are suffering from tight muscles which can lead to minor/major injuries. The purpose of this class will simply be to release the tension of the muscles so the blood can flow throughout the body. This will result in more energy and less chance of injury. Foam rollers and lacrosse balls are few of the pieces of equipment we will be utilizing for this class.
