This class focuses mainly on short, high-intensity intervals developed to challenge every ounce of your body. Sports Tabata isn’t your typical Tabata. We created a class that not only limits your REST but we’ve created a program to improve your functional movement (involving the core) to support the physical demands of life and or sports. We help clients of all levels to help maximize his/her weaknesses, while decreasing injury risk, and our favorite, build strength and power.

A brief description of the class if you’ve never taken “Tabata”. The basic formula is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated between six and eight times (between three and four minutes, total). No cheating—the 20/10 ratio has been shown to work both aerobic and anaerobic metabolic pathways harder and more effectively than longer bouts of exercise.

Founder/Ceo of Benswic understands the importance of making sure every client is equipment with quality training for each class visit. William has built his classes around resistant bands, balance, core, injury prevention, flexibility and functional training. Four years as a personal trainer William strongly believes he has create a program suited for everyone from the general population to athletes.
