Youth FitCAMP



BENSWIC® Youth FitCamp is offering FREE fitness for youth throughout the Summer!

We will cover sports performance training, functional movement, and general fitness (boxing and dance) for ages 8-14yrs old.

This program also teaches youth the proper form and technique of strength and weight training that will be beneficial to them in the future.

Program is once a week (Saturday and Sunday) 1 hour per class with the option of taking 10am; 11am and or 12pm.

By the end of the summer every YOUTH will be in shape before the school year.
