Youth Performance and Fitness
At Benswic we offer summer camp with a fun-filled experience in mind. Designed and tailored for different age groups ranging from 6 to 14; 15 to 18 year old will receive a more structured training for his/her sport.
Benswic summer camp offers instruction of a Full-Day Multi-Sports & Conditioning, Sports Camp, and Fitness Camp in an exciting and interactive environment to campers of all proficiency levels.

Select From Three Types of Camp Options
Camp meetings are a 20min discussion on what we are going to do that day, such as warmups, drills, workouts, skill of the day, activities, and etc...
Trained by some of the best
Take part in our summer camps run by some of New York’s finest coaches and or athletes on the team. Rub shoulders with and learn from the best as each camper will go through training drills, skill training and top of the notch exercises.
Proper Warmup & Recovery
Each will participate in a practical recovery session. The session can include techniques such as an active recovery lesson by an yoga instructor, and or physical therapist that will teach foam rollerin.
Strength and Conditioning
Each camper will receive strength and conditioning session in a gym and taught on how to main fitness during and after his/her season sports.
