Warmups. Main focus is to maximize ball contact. One ball per player is used.
Motor Skill Development. The campers are learning to run, jump, skip, dribble, and move the ball with all the surfaces of the foot. This age is a crucial time in a young athlete’s life where they are capable of developing sound motor skills and movement patterns that are paramount in maximizing future athletic potential and minimizing the risk of injuries.
Technical Skill Development. Learn the foundational elements of strong technical skill, including turning, shielding, dribbling with speed, passing with both feet, receiving with different body parts, shooting, crossing, heading and goalkeeper handling/positioning.
Core Development. Strengthen the core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many physical activities.
Muscle Focus. We train the body with "Mini Bands", which gives the body the ability to have stable joints.
Team Tactics. Scrimmages to 3v3, 4v4, 6v6 to apply learned tactics and techniques throughout camp. Learn to think and play quicker, understand positioning and placement, changing point of attack, counters, defending, understanding roles of each position, and goalkeeping.
