Coach “Q” will take you through a sequence of movements that will help you become more mobile and improve your flexibility. The importance of Recovery is the focus of this class. Let’s move better together!

Format to this class is a Warmup; Workout that will have 2 Rounds of 4 Circuits REPEATED 2x’s with short rest periods; and finish with a Cooldown.
