Strength components that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift; which is the bulk of our classes. We developed a program that consist of a 4-12 week program. Once we’ve helped established a clients Benchmark Weight (1Rep MAX), a weekly progression to each clients 1RM will be given and documented (this way each are able to see their improvements). At the end, clients will see isolation exercises towards the end. Giving clients to build muscle, prevent injury, and improve technique in their powerlifts.
