Speed & Agility – YOUTH

All of the routine in this class employ’s the principles of plyometric, windsprints, agility ladder, and rapid alternating movement training all by using “Vertimax”, which can help:

  • increases leg power and vertical leap
  • improve the strength in the tendons and muscles in each leg and is particularly good for runners;
  • coordination, balance, and lateral speed
  • and increase speed, agility, quickness, stamina and endurance.

Injury Prevention

To help athletes avoid major or season-ending injury.

speed and endurance

Targeted workouts geared toward your fitness goals—training for either a 60m to 5K. Getting you faster, or  top shape—makes a world of a difference with our training. The only class we combine both youth + adults.

Youth performance

In this class each will go through various stages of fitness and performance training designed specifically for any athletes looking to develop his/her performance for their sports.

Benswic Track Club offer it’s services from Ages 6 – 18. We compete in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track. Competitions are usually on a weekly bases, at times we travel outside of New York.
