This class will take your body to the next level. The goal of bootcamp is to take our body to the place where the most beneficial change begins. Utilizing high intensity interval training paired with light equipment and body weight excercises, we create a workout that pushes your body past it’s limit. Bootcamp is a staple for people looking to improve their physique and increase their fitness.

Exercise Focus

  • Get a great workout for 60min
  • Hit every muscle group in each workout
  • Get a different workout each class
  • Receive a combo of Cardio-Strength Circuits
  • Focus on Big, Compound Movements
  • Our HIIT workouts, these are fast-paced routines
