Sports Endurance

This class focuses mainly on short, high-intensity intervals developed to challenge every ounce of your body. Sports Endurance isn’t your typical class. We created a class that not only limits your REST but we’ve created a program to improve your functional movement (involving the core) to support the physical demands of life and or sporting activities.

We built this class around “Tabata” formula. Tabata basically follows a 20/10 ratio (20 seconds on with a 10 seconds off), and repeated between six and eight times (between three and four minutes, total). Studies has shown that the 20/10 ratio has been known to work both aerobic and anaerobic metabolic pathways harder and more effectively than longer bouts of exercise.

We’re just adding sports related training (I.e. speed, agility and plyos) and heavy lifting (To tackle power and muscle mass….).
