Good News! Benswic Wants You To Workout Before You Enter in the New Year.
On Saturday, December 21, you’ll be able to form a momentum entering into the New Year. At our 9 am, 10 am and or 11am, Benswic are opening it’s doors to members and non-members alike for an amazing 60-minute workout to “prevent hibernation”. It’s going to be a Cold Winter.
With 2/3 trainers taking turns – 20/30mins each with an intense sweat fest before an intense few days before XMAS! Come Join and Bring a Friend too.
