This is for kids ages 8-15. Three seasons (Fall, Winter and Spring) are offered which dates and times will be on display when it come close to date.
Our Youth Running program is developed based on those not interested in competing and just want to use this as improving his/hers techniques/mechanics, speed and/or endurance. Then this program is suited just for that reason. Each runner will have the ability to learn how to run alongside others that share the same common interest. All while improving there runs.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a Private Session but only a Group setting with the Benswic Track Club.
Fee is intended for participate to practice once a week, however, you can use as many sessions as you want.

Monday's Wednesday's and or Friday's | 5:30pm - 7pm
Proper Running Shoes. Active Wear (Shorts and T-shirt). Refillable Water Bottle. Racing Spikes (optional)

Benswic Track Club offer it’s services from Ages 5 – 18. We compete in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track. Competitions are usually on a weekly bases, at times we travel outside of New York.
