Top 15 receives medals

NYC Track Club

Bryana extremely exhausted from her 4k…considering this is her very first Cross Country (XC) race ever. I couldn’t be more happier to see her fight through a distance she prefers not to do 🙂 –– She can’t wait until Indoor Season.

Fuse Academy Track Club

This was Christopher’s very first Cross Country (XC) meet as well. Wasn’t as exhausted as his sister at the finish, however, he felt it and there was a moment he stopped and fought to finish a great race.

As a Coach/Dad I couldn’t be more happier to see these two fight through what felt painful, challenging and exhausting and finish within the top 15 to receive a medal. #getfusedup
