Building Athletes For What Comes Next

Please also read our frequently asked questions below before registering.

Teen athletes are entering a stage where training becomes more intentional. The Performance Lab bridges foundational movement and advanced athletic performance through structured speed, strength, power, and injury-prevention training.

Athletes learn to accelerate faster, produce more force, sprint efficiently, and control their bodies at higher speeds and intensities.

Training combines acceleration, hill speed, sprint mechanics, strength, sports-specific power, and injury prevention to prepare athletes for the demands of competitive sport.

Yes. The program is designed to build transferable athletic qualities—including coordination, balance, strength, speed, and movement control—that support a variety of sports.
