Make Your Comeback | pt.2
Today, April 16, 2022, Benswic and Land Yoga held pt.3 of our collaboration, “Spring Make Your comeback outdoor event for the community.” This event consisted of 1 hour of fitness (Balance & Strength) coach by William Marshall, founder of Benswic; followed by 1 hour of yoga, taught by Lara Land, founder of Land Yoga. It was an awesome day hosting at Central park! The event originally was created to help the community stay positive during these challenging times last year and we’re carrying the tradition once again. Benswic and Land Yoga are thankful to everyone that came out. This event couldn’t have been done without the support of the community.
