Growth & Motor Development
Athletes will improve movement skills that carry over into all sports, setting that stage for long-term athletic development.
Please also read our “frequently asked questions“ below before registering.
Ages 12 & under are critical years for building the foundation of movement. Our youth program focuses on orientation, coordination, control, and fundamental movement skills—helping young athletes understand how their bodies move before asking them to move faster or with greater force.
Through running, jumping, landing, balancing, reacting, throwing, and multi-directional movement, athletes develop physical literacy—the ability to move their bodies safely, confidently, and effectively.
As these skills develop, athletes gain better body control, confidence, and adaptability—giving them a foundation for sports today and more advanced performance training as they grow.
Learn to Move – Learn to Control – Learn to Perform
