If anybody is like this AWESOME runner, I assure you every coach feels like his/her job just got that much easier. Renata Natalova is new to Cross Country and somewhat to running. When she came and join the team, right away she made herself comfortable and got straight to work. She listens. She’s motivated. She’s determined. Qualities of what makes a great athlete. I’m extremely excited for whats in store for her. Look out for her in days, weeks, months and even years. A special one here!

In order to perform a variety of athletic tasks, athletes need strong core muscles for spinal stability and postural alignment. You can’t swing a tennis racket, golf club or baseball bat, or even throw a ball, without engaging a portion of your core. Since the core muscles function differently than your arm and leg muscles, they must be trained in a different manner for the exercises to be effective.
