At Benswic, we believe in measurable growth and purpose-driven development. Our 3-Tier system was created to guide athletes through a clear progression—meeting them where they are and helping them reach where they’re called to be.

Each tier represents a level of competitive performance based on age, gender, and event. Whether you’re just getting started or qualifying for nationals, these standards ensure you are training at the right intensity, with the right group, for the right goal.
Tier 1: Entry-level times for athletes working toward joining the competitive team. This tier ensures commitment and access to foundational track training.
Tier 2: Competitive times and distances. These athletes are progressing rapidly and gaining experience at local and regional meets.
Tier 3: National -Level performance benchmarks aligned with national standards like Nike and New Balance Nationals. Athletes here are training at an elite level and preparing for the highest levels of youth competition.
Our Tiers help us group athletes by both ability and potential, allowing each runner, jumper, or thrower to train in an environment that challenges them and promotes success.
