Our exercises will be a terrific way to engage your muscles, strengthen the trunk of the body, and gain critical core strength.


Many of our workouts are areas we introduce to slowly build your muscles, due to, rushed or improper lifting. We'll cover areas to build muscles safely.


This kind of training will put you through exertion level. Training at this level will help you burn fat and calories for weight loss. It will makes your heart strong and increases your lung capacity.


With a better footwork, you can be in the desired position at any given time while maintaining proper form to reduce the chances of injury. Strong feet and ankle relieve pressure from the rest of your body.


Flexibility exercises lengthen and stretch muscles can help you prevent injuries, back pain, and balance problems. A well-stretched muscle more easily achieves its full range of motion. ... Stretching can also be a great way to get you moving in the morning or a way to relax after a long day.


It's also under study for wider use to improve mobility and prevent falls and injury.

4 Stack COMBO

In this class we’ll mix Strength, Cardio, Balance and Core all within 20mins. We will take you through aggressive stages of strength; then a combo of 2 exercises to be completed within 30sec on 10sec Rest; with the muscles fatigued we will change your balance. Then we will finish off with Core work.
