4 Stack COMBO
In this class we’ll mix Strength, Cardio, Balance and Core all within 20mins. We will take you through aggressive stages of strength; then a combo of 2 exercises to be completed within 30sec on 10sec Rest; with the muscles fatigued we will change your balance. Then we will finish off with Core work.
