CAMP POLICIES
Download medical treatment authorization, and a confirmation the player is registering with the club. This form must be retained for at least five (5) years or until the player’s 18th birthday, whichever occurs last.
Download written permission BENSWIC Summer Camp that you understand the terms of an event or activity that will be performed. Consent that allows photography, video, or any other act that may need permission.
Arrive ready and on time.
Two session options: 10:30 AM–1:00 PM or 4:00 PM–6:30 PM.
Sign in and out via the MINDBODY app; no unattended drop-offs. We need to know who’s coming.
If your child is sick (fever or contagious), please keep them home.
Two make-up days are allowed for excused absences.
Listen to coaches and respect all participants.
WHISTLE RULE: Stop immediately when the whistle blows.
Participate in all activities and have fun!
Zero tolerance for physical violence — see behavior policy below.
Comfortable athletic clothes
Close-toed sneakers
Healthy snack & 2 frozen water bottles; electrolyte packets.
Sunscreen
Any necessary medication (with note from guardian)

❌ Junk food (chips, candy, soda, etc.)
Campers must respect staff, fellow campers, and equipment. Disruptive behavior may result in several pushups, suspension, or dismissal. Physical aggression (hitting, shoving) leads to immediate parent notification and possible removal from camp.
All campers must submit the Medical + Waiver Form and Consent Form before attending. Download forms ABOVE.
