SEMI – PRIVATE TRAINING
BENSWIC is taking the benefits of one-on-one training and combining them into Semi-Private Training. This idea is perfect as it allows you to work out with other clients just like you, which creates a unique, team-oriented environment that is motivating and keeps you accountable. We’ll still customize your program tailored just for you and your goals with the energy of up to 2-4 other clients. Combine that with a value you can’t beat, and you’ll wonder why you haven’t done this sooner.
Semi-Private Training Groups are individually programmed and specifically coached series of hour long sessions that occur 1-3 times per week with 4-8 clients.
Programming is based on your needs but is intended to accelerate your progress for very particular time-bound goals that you would like to reach as soon as possible. Whether you are participating for weight loss, general fitness, or sport-specific training, each trainer will keep you and your small group focused and entertained to help you get results faster.

We’re commitment to you and your partner or friend is what sets us apart. Nothing like accountability with others to train with. Having that kind of accountability to each other will deliver results you never thought possible.
Our semi-private training approach offers you the same individualized workouts, but for half the cost, more scheduling flexibility, and a ton more fun!
Your training sessions will be with a small group of (up to) four other members or a group of your friends during that time slot!
We offer 2 different pricing for those who want Onsite (at our location) or Offsite (at any given destination) below. Our onsite is cheaper and highly suggested this way we don’t have to maneuver any equipment’s or travel.
However, we understand the needs and demands of our clients and with that we charge higher for travel and labor fees. Any further questions regarding this, comment below in our Contact Us box.

Our Semi-Private Training sessions cater perfectly to newcomers, those returning to fitness, individuals recovering from injuries, or anyone desiring precise movement coaching. Whatever your motivation, our program is tailored to help you build strength, enhance balance, and improve joint mobility in a supportive small group setting.
Our corrective exercise progressions commence with foam roller exercises aimed at addressing fascial restrictions and enhancing muscle flexibility. Following this, we implement progressive training techniques focused on stabilizing muscles and refining movement strategies to achieve functional goals. Our areas of focus include:
Our primary focus will be on enhancing your stamina and functional strength using a diverse range of methods. These include dynamic stretching, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects, sled pushing or pulling, classical push-ups/sit-ups, plyometrics, and other engaging activities, all within a dynamic and enjoyable 60-minute interval workout.
Master the essentials of the trade as we guide both our Youth and Adults through Prehabilitation work, Strength training, Power development, and Conditioning exercises.
