Improving Core Strength & Overall Fitness are key components to each of our programs, aimed at bettering athletic performance as well as decreasing injuries. Our coaches also work to improve an athlete’s mental fitness and confidence in the game.

Programs are stressed versus a single drop-in class. It takes time for the body to learn new movement patterns.
When under pressure, the body always refers back to the last habit it learned, so until you build the techniques or muscle memory into a habit, you need to have patience and practice.

In-Season Training Benswic’s in-season program is designed to help athletes maintain strength throughout their season. Most in-season athletes come into the gym 1-2 times per week, working around their competition schedule.

BENSWIC Training Program and Package Prices:


  • A comprehensive and developmentally appropriate program will be designed to meet the specific needs of your team, age, experience level and training goals.
  • Price 8 Athletes ($10 charge/ session for each additional athlete- maximum 30 athletes)
  • At least 2 BENSWIC Strength Coaches will be present at each training sessions if it reaches up to 30 athletes.
  • BENSWIC Training Manual will be provided for each athlete to record and track progress if it involves weight lifting
  • Pre and Post Testing to monitor progress
  • Sessions can be held at the BENSWIC training facility, or at your home field, court or training facility (10% discount if at home facility)

Please note that no refunds will be given once the series has begun. 

Please email the form of workouts that you’re interested in (Speed & Agility, Injury Prevention, Vertical Jumps, Strength & Conditioning, etc…), Roster, Any Injury we should know about with each individual and with any questions or concerns you may have and preferred time and day.

Once you’ve done so, you will receive a confirmation email once we’ve received payment (via Zelle, Check or Money Order).
