COME RUN WITH US!
JOIN A TEAM that embodies both competitiveness and camaraderie. We prioritize long-term development over instant gratification. At our core, we’re dedicated to fostering greatness in every individual. Come be part of our family where we forge greatness together!
Benswic Track Club is a club that focuses ONLY on Indoor + Outdoor Track. We’re a club that’s taking running to the next level by not only training but educating.
Our training is built by providing our runners support in their specific event, along with sports performance and strength development. We invest in each athlete with the hope they will take that discipline into their next venture in life. Let’s build!
To guide our athletes, we’ve developed a 3-Tier system —
each level is based on time standards and training needs. Whether you’re just starting out or competing at a national level, there’s a place for you in our system.

Practice & Meet Balance
The value of each season is not only in practice count but also in the competition opportunities, timing, and seasonal progression. Indoor athletes, for example, have more races available than during July’s Outdoor extension.
Payments & Uniforms
Fees are season-based and account for both training and meet opportunities. Installment plans are available to help families spread costs. All new athletes are required to purchase a team uniform through our official store HERE. Meet entry fees are billed separately, based on the meets each athlete participates in.
3 – Tier System
We train All Levels — from beginner to national elite. Our team is structured by Tiers, so each athlete trains at the intensity that matches their goals and meet access level.
Track + Field Prep Pass (Indoor & Outdoor Seasons Only)
You can still train with us during Indoor and Outdoor Seasons with our flexible Prep Pass:
Event-specific coaching (sprints, mid-distance, hurdles, strength)
Professional training without the pressure of team meets
Perfect for multi-sport athletes or those building toward Tier 1
Flexible scheduling: Drop-ins or Session Passes available
You can still train with us!
Not every athlete joins the team right away — and that’s okay.
At Benswic, we train all levels. Start where you are, and build from there.
Success isn't instant. Our program is an investment. We aim for each athlete to transition from collegiate to pro status.
Our coaches focus on athlete improvement. To achieve this, we advise all athletes associated with our brand to attend every practice and recommended meets.
Athletes are expected to exceed coach's requests. We train them for independence, ensuring they self-train on non-practice days. This prepares them to compete solo at meets, without coach or teammate support.
The link will take you to our team store with Ares Sportswear, where you can purchase your required uniforms. The mandatory uniform includes the Warmup Suit (top and bottom) and Racing Gear (tank/singlet, compression tights, and loose shorts).
IMPORTANT: The team store is only open for the first two weeks of the season, as uniforms are custom-made and require time for production. If you miss the deadline, we may be able to reopen the store—please communicate with the coach as soon as possible.
Unleash the Mechanics. Master the Technique. Own Your Event.
Train like a champion. From sprint starts to mid-distance efficiency, this isn’t mileage—it’s mastery. PRIME is NYC’s only skill-focused summer development lab built for every runner, from 100m to 3200m. Three days a week. Eight weeks of transformation.
Our club is structured in a 3-Tier system:
Tier 3 (Elite): National-level athletes, meet access includes invites and college-level competition.
Tier 2 (Advanced): Competitive athletes with regional and local meet access.
Tier 1 (Development): Entry-level athletes training for local meets.
Each Tier is based on performance times and training consistency.
All athletes must complete a time trial evaluation. Based on your performance, you’ll be placed in the Tier that best matches your current ability. These trials are typically held before each season.
You’re still welcome to train with us through our Track + Field Prep Pass, which offers full access to practices (excluding team competitions). After your session ends, you’ll have the opportunity to re-test at our next time trial.
