  • Mondays + Wednesdays (8:30am): Speed Endurance
  • Saturdays (10:30am) : Long Runs
 
Evenings:
  • Monday + Wednesdays at Riverbank State Park (6pm): Cover techniques / mechanics, Sprints, and functional movement training
