From there, athletes and adults can choose between two focused training options based on their goals.

What is Outdoor Training?

Outdoor Training is high-level performance training done outside — built for speed, strength, endurance, and durability.

We combine:

  • Hill training
  • Running & speed work
  • Bodyweight & resistance training
  • Plyometrics, core, and athletic movement

No machines. No fluff. Just purposeful training that works.

Seasonal Training Structure

Outdoor Training runs seasonally — not year-round.

  • Spring, Summer, Fall
  • Programs run in 8-week cycles
  • 2–3 week reset between cycles
  • No outdoor training during Winter

Each cycle is intentional, progressive, and refreshed before the next season.

What You Need to Know

  • Classes run 60 – 90 minutes
  • ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME
  • Bring a mat, bands (optional), and plenty of water
  • Train outside. Move freely. Get results.

One of our Advance Classes. The ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. We focus ONLY on Upper + Lower body using just Weights.

Interested in receiving a Full Body Workout that includes: Strength, Cardio, Balance, and Core all with an 60min class.
