Benswic Run Club

This is our ONLY class that we train both Youth + Adults. We expose each the elements of running. Our goal is to teach running efficiency, foster a positive attitude about running, all while having fun.

Welcome to an area where we infuse all types of training to make each athlete better all within 1 hour and half of training. We’ve come up with tons of exercises to gear each up for it’s sport. We are 100% invested in making sure transformation is happening each time they visit. It’s not your typical run program or hour session. We want each athlete to be better.

Our program is developed based on improving the individual’s techniques/mechanics, speed, endurance, stability, flexibility, core and all around athleticism. This program is suited to ALL athletes yearning to improve in their specific sport. Everyone will have the ability to learn how to run alongside others that share common interests, all while improving their fitness level.

3 Levels We Offer:

LEVEL 1 Our goal is to teach running efficiency, foster a positive attitude about running, and have fun. Runners are encouraged to come once a week.

Level 2. The athletes advance at their own pace based on their ability to complete specific workouts and skills. The emphasis of the development program is to build strength, endurance, speed development, and a positive self-esteem. This is a perfect supplemental program for athletes preparing for their upcoming soccer, football, lacrosse, basketball or baseball seasons. It’s also recommended to train twice a week.

Level 3. Consists of individuals looking to compete in track meets, cross country meets or on the road. The Competitive training group is divided into Distance, Sprint and Hurdle groups, each with a designated coach. Each group concentrates on event specificity. The training will be tailored to the training age, the ability, and time of year.
